Please send the message from the email address associated with your Recall account when requesting account-specific assistance.

Include these details

• A short description of the issue or request.
• The email address associated with your Recall account.
• Your device and application version, if reporting a technical issue.
• Any error message you received.

Never email your password, authentication token, payment-card information, or complete copies of sensitive documents.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Recall Privacy Request” for access, correction, export, or privacy questions.

We may request reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting account information.

Account deletion

You can delete your account directly from the Recall application. Full instructions are available on the account deletion page.
