Delete your Recall account

Recall provides an in-app option to permanently delete your account and associated application data.

Before continuing

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your memories, uploaded documents, profile information, conversations, and other information associated with the account.

Delete your account in the app

Open Recall and sign in to your account.
Open Settings.
Select Account.
Select Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email telhawasim@gmail.com from the address associated with your Recall account.

Use the subject Recall Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Information removed

Account deletion removes active copies of:

Your Recall account and profile information.
Your uploaded documents and stored files.
Your memories, notes, categories, and extracted content.
Your Insights conversations and generated responses.
Your application subscription entitlement association.

Limited information may be retained temporarily in backups, transaction records, security records, or logs where operationally or legally required.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting your Recall account does not cancel an App Store subscription. To prevent future renewal, manage the subscription separately:

Open the Settings application on your Apple device.
Select your Apple ID.
Select Subscriptions.
Select Recall and choose Cancel Subscription.

Delete only one document?

You do not need to delete your entire account. Individual memories and documents can be deleted from within Recall.
